College Confidence: ADHD Transition Success Program

Our 6-week group coaching program helps graduating high school students with ADHD develop the skills and strategies they need to thrive in college or trade school. Instead of continuing cycles of stress and last-minute panic, participants will discover their unique ADHD profile, identify personalized solutions, and learn the self-coaching process needed for academic independence.

Through guided experimentation, students replace the concept of "failure" with data-driven learning, building confidence as they test and refine approaches specifically designed for their brains. The program covers environmental design, routine building, academic strategies, and self-advocacy while fostering connections with peers facing similar challenges.

By program completion, participants will have created their own "ADHD Success Manual" filled with proven strategies, established a foundation of executive functioning skills, and developed the self-awareness needed to navigate their educational journey with confidence.

One-on-one coaching

ADHD College Launch: Personalized Transition Coaching

Our one-on-one ADHD transition coaching program provides graduating high school students with customized support as they prepare for the demands of college or trade school. Through weekly or bi-weekly Zoom sessions, students work directly with a dedicated ADHD coach who tailors the approach to their specific challenges, strengths, and learning style.

This personalized program begins with comprehensive learning and strengths assessments to create a detailed profile of how your student's brain works best. From there, we collaboratively develop strategies addressing their unique executive functioning challenges—whether that's time management, organization, writing blocks, study skills, or emotional regulation.

Students learn to replace frustration with experimentation, collecting data on what works for their specific brain and refining approaches accordingly. The flexible format allows us to dive deeper into areas of significant struggle while building on natural strengths.

By the end of the program, your student will have developed their own personalized system for academic success, self-advocacy skills for navigating college resources, and the self-coaching techniques needed to adapt when facing new challenges—all delivered through the accountability and encouragement of a one-on-one coaching relationship.

Coaching for parents

Parenting with ADHD: Support Coaching for Parents

Our specialized coaching program supports parents navigating the unique challenges of raising children with ADHD—whether you're neurotypical or have ADHD yourself. This personalized coaching experience addresses the emotional and practical aspects of parenting a child with executive functioning differences.

For parents with ADHD, we provide strategies to manage your own executive functioning challenges while supporting your child's development. We'll help you create sustainable systems that work for your brain, reduce household chaos, and develop approaches that honor both your needs and your child's.

For all parents, we focus on emotional regulation, reducing parent-child conflict, and transforming frustration into constructive support. Learn to shift from reactive parenting to thoughtful response, even during challenging moments. Develop realistic expectations based on your child's neurological profile while still encouraging growth and independence.

Through regular coaching sessions, you'll gain practical tools for daily challenges—from homework battles to morning routines—while building a deeper understanding of how your child experiences the world. We emphasize strengths-based approaches that celebrate your child's unique gifts while providing the scaffolding they need to thrive.

This coaching relationship offers not just strategies, but validation, perspective, and the reassurance that both you and your child can flourish with the right support and understanding.
