Practical tools, coaching, and community for ADHD, burnout, scrupulosity, and the slow work of learning how to trust yourself again.
When you’re panicking, shut down, or spiraling, you don’t need insight. You need something that helps now.
Most productivity, wellness, and “healing” advice assumes your nervous system is regulated and your environment is safe.
For people coming out of high-control systems, that’s rarely true.
All of my work is Capacity-First and built on the Iterative Trust Method.
We start with regulation, move through small experiments, and rebuild self-trust through evidence, not pressure.
This is not about fixing you.
It’s about building a life that fits your actual capacities.
If you want structure without intensity, these are designed to be used privately, flexibly, and without accountability pressure.
On Substack, I write about neurodivergence, deconstruction, shame, sobriety, and the strange middle space of rebuilding a life after certainty collapses. This is where I go slower, tell the truth sideways, and stay with questions longer than most platforms allow.
Some people want tools.
Some want containment, reflection, and live support.
Here are the ways to work with me directly:
Bullet list:
You’re neurodivergent and exhausted by shame-based self-improvement
You left a high-control religious or ideological system
You function well enough outwardly but feel internally unstable or unsure
You want structure without coercion
You’re done performing healing for approval
You don’t need to be ready.
You don’t need a plan.
You don’t need to believe anything.
You just need somewhere to land.
