Become Your Own Best Coach
A 6-week coaching program for ExMormons ready to rebuild life without shame or chaos
You’ve left the church. You’ve reclaimed your agency.
But daily life still feels like chaos: mornings that spark arguments, never-ending mental load, constant lateness, forgotten tasks, and the exhaustion of carrying everything alone.
👉 This isn’t a motivation problem.
👉 This isn’t laziness.
This is burnout layered with decades of shame and perfectionism. And the way out isn’t harder work—it’s building systems that actually work with your brain.
Most productivity advice is built for people who:
Never lived under religious control
Don’t know the weight of invisible household labor
Haven’t carried years of shame about being “lazy” or “undisciplined”
That’s why it never sticks.
This program was built for you—ExMormons who want to replace shame and chaos with calm, fairness, and brainspace. You’ll learn how to build sustainable systems that reduce mental load, prevent burnout, and create freedom for creativity and identity beyond “family manager.”
We’ll use a 5-phase self-coaching framework to help you reduce friction, reclaim energy, and finally trust yourself again:
Investigate – Separate what’s actually broken from what’s just shame talking.
Hypothesize – Generate multiple ways forward without perfectionism.
Experiment – Test strategies in real life and track results without judgment.
Analyze Evidence – Trust data over inherited beliefs about how life “should” run.
Iterate – Build flexible, shame-free systems that stick.
Week 1: You’re Not Broken, You’re Burned Out
Identify which “failures” are really conditioning + create a map of where burnout shows up in daily life.
Week 2: Brain-Friendly Solutions Without Perfectionism
Generate ADHD-friendly options and release “one right way” thinking.
Week 3: Testing for Real Life
Run small experiments to see what actually lightens your load.
Week 4: Trust Your Data, Not the Shame Spiral
Learn to read results objectively instead of through self-criticism.
Week 5: Sustainable Systems Built on Self-Compassion
Build flexible routines and recovery protocols that reduce mental load.
Week 6: Becoming Your Own Loving Authority
Leave external authority behind. Create your personal self-coaching manual that centers freedom, fairness, and self-trust.

Is this therapy?
No—this is coaching. We’ll build practical, evidence-based systems that reduce burnout and mental load. While we acknowledge religious trauma, this isn’t trauma processing.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?
Not at all. Many ex-Mormons don’t know they have ADHD—but they know they’re burned out. If this resonates, you belong here.
What if I can’t attend live?
All sessions are recorded. But the group energy and accountability are powerful, so live attendance is encouraged.
✨ Bottom line: This isn’t about becoming “disciplined.” It’s about creating a life that doesn’t burn you out.
